Founder Danielle Falor Kearney (the Mud Princess) is a multidisciplinary artist located in Midland, MI. Dani grew up in Haslett, MI, where she discovered her love of art in high school. She continued to study ceramics through college while obtaining a Bachelor's from Central Michigan University and a Master's degree from Boston University in art education. Dani's art has a focus on color and texture. Besides working in ceramics she also loves to create through mixed media paintings, photography, and drawing.
Elise Neri (the Muddy Buddy) is a part time mud-slinger and a full time math teacher. She (tries to) seamlessly merge the worlds of ceramics and mathematics, crafting beautiful pottery while nurturing young minds with their passion for numbers. She began slinging in August of 2023 and quickly discovered a new passion and world of glazes to fill her very small amount of spare time, and hasn't looked back since. Elise is originally from the Bad Axe, MI area but currently resides in Garden City, KS.
